Great service. Kyle and his apprentice Noah arrived and quickly diagnosed the issue with our water heater and were able to fix it in less than half an hour. Kyle made sure to let me know what the issues was and made sure I understood how he arrived at the diagnosis he did and what to watch for in the future. He also suggested some things I can do to maintain a more consistent water temperature. Will definitely use Razor Heating & A/C for any plumbing, heating, or cooling needs in the future.

Super easy to set up an appointment. Really happy that they were able to schedule me in on short notice for a furnace repair. Communication was awesome during the whole process and our Technician Jason was professional and knowledgeable.
We purchased an HRV and the service was excellent from initial contact through to the installation. Shane came to the house to explain exactly how the HRV works and how it would be installed and then gave us a competitive quote. The installation team arrived on time and worked professionally and cleaned up. You would never know they had been in the house. Thank you!
The gentleman who came to do the service phoned me ahead of time to let me know he was on his way, which I really appreciated. He answered my questions, and explained what he was doing and showed me how to work the new Appliance once installed. There was another problem that he did go down and believe he diagnosed and fixed, but it did not Fix the problem unfortunately. This was not his fault because the appliance itself was dying and needed to be replaced. However, he was very personable, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and definitely seem to know what he was doing. He worked quickly and efficiently and I would actually give them 4.5 stars if I could, However, this rating platform does not seem to allow that. I would call Razor Plumbing and Heating again If I had any issues as they seem to be very competent overall.
