I have been using Evergreen Home Heating and Energy for years. They have always been professional, pleasant and dependable. Recently their technician AJ De Luna came out to repair our furnace and did a great job.I will continue using them.
I received 4 quotes to search for and repair our leaking ductless mini split system, installed by another company 5 years ago.Evergreen’s flat rate bid was the best value. I was so impressed with the technician Erin’s thoroughness, knowledge, and ethics that I requested them for the repair the following week.Erin described to me in detail the proper search and repair process, conveying an unmistakable sense of pride in doing that job correctly.Erin inspected and tightened every fitting. Quickly they found the leak source: a crushed 1/4” indoor unit fitting. While they were very diplomatic about it, this was an obvious installation error (again, not Evergreen’s install). With that fitting repaired, our system passed the pressure and vacuum checks. After recharging the refrigerant, our system performs better than ever.Consider this an unequivocal endorsement for Erin and Evergreen.
This review is specifically for whoever decides to use AI agents. Our heat went out Friday night and on Saturday morning I talked to an "agent" who booked us an appointment for Monday. Monday morning the human agent calls to tell me that the AI booked me for a time slot they didn't have, and I didn't have an appointment. What a treat for me!The humans I worked with here were wonderful. The agent was sympathetic and tried to get me in as soon as they could. We eventually got a technician sent out and he was great. But this whole experience is marred by this terrible AI agent. An answering machine would have been better customer service. You all just let me know when you ditch the AI garbage and I'll update my review.
Always excellent experience - service tech Tristan was efficient and professional on a recent routine maintenance. Victoria, Heather, and Denise always cheerful and polite in scheduling regular and emergency appointments, and Evergreen checks in after appointments to make sure everything is okay and answer any questions; Mark handled this for our latest service.
First time customer for a service call. I called based on reviews from the West Seattle Blog. Both of my technicians Will, and Nick (in training) were professional and skilled. I'm one of those people that likes to tinker and Will was comfortable answering my questions. For my service, I thought the pricing was transparent and fair. I recommend and will use them again. Also, it was very easy to schedule. They use an AI schedueler when the office is closed so I had no issues trying to schedule on Sunday for next available appointment when my furnace unexpectedly tried to keel over.
