Ran into some furnace issues, was able to quickly schedule online (which I appreciate) and Sam Hallstrom came out within the hour. He explained everything well and got my furnace running again after a few hours of cleaning and a motor replacement. Payment was easy. Very glad to have the heat back on and would definitely use again in the future.
We had an amazing young man, Austin, come out to service our furnace. He worked miracles on our unit to get it up and running again. Highly, recommend this company. They were quick to get me in to service the unit. Gave a nice text beforehand to make sure time selected still worked and then sent a picture of the technician so you knew who to expect. Sam was our onsite tech that came out for an inspection on the furnace. He was very knowledgeable with all of the ins and outs of the furnace. He showed me a few issues that had been found with our furnace. Given our furnace is only about 2 years old he was still able to find things that had not been set up correctly and was able to fix quick. We ended up adding a UV device to our furnace for cleaner air. Sam was awesome in explaining how it works and every possible option to help air quality. Sam was also able to clean our fan wheel quickly. Thank you, Sam.
Lucas Schroeder is such an amazing professional. He knows what he’s doing, he always asks if there is anything he can show or explain. When he installed our furnace, he was the first one to come and the last one to leave, making sure everything runs smoothly. It was a very cold day. He comes, does his work, serious and quiet. What an amazing and hardworking young man! I give him 5 +!This company takes care of its customers, 100 percent. They always call and text when on their way, they explain what they’re doing, they don’t leave a mess, and so far, I met about 5,6 of them, and I was impressed with their manners! Highly recommend!
