A+ for the company. Because it seems like every location I have dealt with so far has atleast one go-getter that will make it right. Very small business that has only dealt with 2 locations, but I am very happy.
People who work here are polite. Unless you are dealing with the back warehouse area. One guy in particular is very rude. I parked my car out of the way from their work area so I could do my job at the construction site for all of 10 minutes. This guy was very rude and acted like the 10 minutes my car was parked in a small corner of the parking lot, which was never problem and i come here many times of the day just about every day, was going to mess up his whole day. I would recommend coming here for the products, though!!
Helpful and knowledgeable staff. These guys will help you figure it out and get the right parts for your project. They're also excellent at handling warranty issues without the typical hassle that can be encountered with warranty items. All in all I'd say that Johnstone is my first choice for parts and equipment.
