Jake and Nicole are excellent-Jake is a wealth of knowledge n very efficient. They both explained in detail what I was having done with the mini split. Explained couple things I wasn’t aware of the “energy mode-auto mode, n fan” etc.I feel Nicole will be a great assett to your company as well!! She’s very attentive in what Jake is saying n she mentioned she’s learned so much from him.

My experience with the staff was wonderful both at your business location and with the young man who came to my house to have a look at our set up and make sure everything was working well. Electrician and two technicians installed a mini split. They were amazing! Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Discussed all options for outside installation. They made sure we were following building codes while keeping wires neatly hidden away. Highly recommend this company.
