This company participates in the St. Louis City Healthy Home Repair Program. I was luckily awarded a new HVAC system through this program. As a new homeowner, this was the first experience with a major home repair. Also, with contractors that I did not get to screen before hand or pick out based on any referral or review. Thank god Selga Heating and Cooling is who showed up to my house. Not only were their technicians, Brab B., Brad N., Braden D., and Zeth O., all very professional, they were also kind and fun. They had to adjust their installation procedure at the last minute and even got on my room to ensure that a known leak would not affect the new system once in place. Both of these examples I consider going above and beyond. My neighbors were happy to see them because of their own positive experiences and I highly recommend anyone call them for a quote on their next HVAC repair or replacement.

I currently have Home Warranty and they sent a tech (not Seliga) out to check on my furnace. I was getting heat intermittent. The tech comes out 2 weeks after the issue, says OH! You need a new furnace, its 20 yrs old, mother board is bad and blower is dirty. Home Warranty tells me I'm at fault for the unit going bad. So I give Seliga a call because I have used them in the past and they have been great. Nate comes out and he actually looks at my unit and is troubleshooting and what not. He tells me he thinks it's my thermostat which is a Nest (received from ameren) he said a lot of people in the area have has somewhat similar issues. I told him I can replace the thermostat myself. He goes on his way. My thermostat needed a small special screwdriver. Well it decided to break after Nate left. I gave Seliga a call and asked if Nate could come back as it was supposed to be in the teens that weekend. He was kind enough to come back after 4pm and finish the thermostat install. I have have heat ever since! I highly recommend Seliga and Nate! My pets and I thank you to both!

We've been using Seliga since 2013 when we bought our first home. We've been members of their priority club for our yearly maintenance ever since - and this year we finally had to replace our fist system (gasp). Zeth, the maintenance technician, walked us through a very detailed explanation (with pictures!) of what was going on, and made a significant purchase less painful. Brad B. and Kiefer C. came today and installed our new system - they were both professional and kind (and were nice to my dogs, bonus!). The new system looks amazing and I can tell they went above and beyond with it. We will continue to be customers of Seliga, as we've had nothing but positive experiences!

I've been using seliga for my HVAC repairs for years and they are terrific. They are always upfront about pricing and have given me fair quotes on repair and replacement options. Brad and Kiefer just replaced my water heater and did a great job. Maya in the office was also very responsive and helpful. Professional and quick service. I would recommend them to anyone.
