5 Stars+! Jaret and Wyatt just finished installing a new water heater. They provided incredibly prompt service-- arrived on time and were so speedy! They are friendly and expert professionals who were super helpful in answering questions about the installation and care of the new heater (as well as some recommends for local eats). We began with Costco and clearly Costco trusts Grove Mechanical and it makes sense why. Anida was super helpful during the booking process and provided friendly service.We are so pleased with Grove and will be recommending their mechanics and services to our building and friends. The whole Grove team has been really amazing. Dustin (sales/comfort consultant) very patiently explained all of the different options and what would fit our home/family. Rob (owner/lead) was always available for questions, and when a vendor’s Part didn’t work, managed to find a solution urgently even though the vendor was American and it was US Thanksgiving, and came in himself to replace the part. The work crew was professional and friendly. Tessa (admin) was always available and helped us submit for grants. Overall a great experience and now our home is so much more comfortable than before. Would recommend highly!
For months I've been trying to get an Air Conditioning/Heat Pump into my place. The issue was that I needed to update my electrical in my old duplex. Thought it was simple enough.After speaking to half-dozen electrical contractors, all of whom ended up either declining the job (too many technical headaches) or ghosting me during estimation process, I came across Grove at the Costco.The process from initial conversations to completed work took about a month. This included conversations/aligning with Hydro, updating the electrical, and installing the new Heat Pump/Tankless Water Heater and such.Overall I'm very happy with the results. My "furnace" rooms actually looks usable.
We recently purchased the Lennox furnace, heatpump and tankless hot water heater. The service we received from the Grove Mechanical team from Robert (the owner) to Richard (the advisor) to Jarod & Wyatt (the installers) to Tessa (the administrative staff member) was superb and beyond our expectations.We are especially appreciative of Robert’s ability to find a way for the exhaust from the tankless hot water heater to be routed through the chimney instead of through an exhaust exit point that would have been created at ground level adjacent to our vegetable garden.The service we received from the Grove Electrical team (Chris & Jaden) in the upgrade of our electrical panel was also exceptional.Both teams were professional, courteous, highly skilled with a strong dedication to excellence and customer satisfaction.We look forward to many years of Grove Mechanical servicing and maintaining our furnace, heatpump and tankless hot water heater.
