We are small time Restaurant that developed a refrigerator problem. If anyone in the restaurant business knows repairs can be very expensive normally you have to sign a customer knowledge form prior to service which details cost. Most of that cost is labor and fuel charges. I took a shot in dark with M&T due to the company I started with promised to fix my problem 2 months prior. I was amazed they explained their cost over the phone and had a technician over within 2hrs. The Technician assessed my unit and advised me due to age and refrigerant to fix the unit would exceed the cost of a new one which the other company was still wanting to repair.
