On Saturday, we had our hot water tank replaced, and Kyrylo was the technician who came out to help us. We were incredibly frustrated to discover our old tank had started leaking—it was stressful, messy, and the last thing you want to deal with on a weekend.Kyrylo turned the whole situation around. He responded quickly, explained what needed to be done clearly, and worked efficiently and professionally from start to finish. He took great care of the area, handled the replacement smoothly, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. We hired this company to install an A/C unit in our living room, and Kyrylo did an outstanding job. My shower handle had popped out due to a rusty and old screw between it and the cartridge. The technician told me I need to replace the whole cartridge and had me order a new one from Amazon. After doing so I waited until it arrived and they came back the day after I got it. They installed the cartridge upside down initially but sent Mark out the following day who corrected it and did a great caulking job to finish out the repair. Great value for the service provided. Definitely feel confident about hiring them again.
