I got a brand new AC unit installed indoors as well as the unit outside. ACS charged over $15,000 total for all the work they did. It immediately began making loud noises and did not work to the given specifications. Sometimes it wouldn't even blow out cold air. When it does, it is not powerful at all, the unit is extremely loud (see attached video) and wakes us up in the middle of the night, the temperature is not as cold as it is supposed to be, and it takes more than 4-5 hours to drop only 4 degrees. They sent technicians to my house 8 times, and replaced 4 or more parts over the course of their visits. During the third visit, they had to cut the pipes again so that they could blow out a blockage. A bunch of oil came out of the brand new pipe. After the eighth visit, it still does not work properly, and still makes EXTREMELY loud noises. I called the company and told them that I want a completely new unit. They told me that as long as it eventually reaches the temperature, that they will not replace the unit. They said it doesn't matter how long it takes. Also, they were going to charge me to have another technician come and take another look at it. This company is ridiculous. They respond to this review saying they will come out again. Yeah, and charge more money to fix a busted unit that they gave me. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Update: The outside unit is dead and no longer turns on. We called to have it looked at, and he said that since the temperature is currently what it was set at when we called, it's normal. Of course it is normal when it doesn't need to change the temperature! When the temperature outside is too hot or cold, it doesn't regulate the temperature inside because the outside unit is dead.
