We had months of issues and problems with our previous furnace (and the company we paid for the protection plan), and were without reliable heat for over two months. Ljubo, Daren and Paul were unbelievably quick, knowledgeable and professional getting in a new, higher efficiency furnace in two business days in less than 4 hours. They cleaned up after themselves and left not a single trace in the house. Just had our furnace replaced after a major nuisance of issues with our past furnace. Had an issue with my furnace, was short cycling and it wasn’t blowing any heat at all, called LDR at 7 AM and he was here in literally 30 mins. Diagnosed the issue and came back with a part, had heat within a few hours.No complaints, really honest guy and super efficient service.
LDR came last year when our AC was freezing up and explained how our old system needed to be replaced, even topped off the coolant to get us through. They were tolerant and not pushy with all of my questions and calls. So this spring when I was ready, I knew they would be my choice for replacing both my Furnace and AC. They did a great job with a fair and clear price. ETA: My water heater also decided to give up and needed replacing. I called them up and they helped me figure out a plan, and even picked up my new unit from the store so I wouldn’t have to transport it. Just great service all around.
I have worked with many professionals and the service and empathy I received by Lou was over the top. The gas valve was discontinued and everywhere I went they shrugged their shoulders. Lou also told me the bad news, however, he found a solution and understood all the models and what would work. Success plus he did it for a reasonable price and efficiently. I will always call LDR Heating for my HVAC needs!
