I wanted to give a shout out and a big thank you to Mike and his team @DeMark Home who installed my tankless water heater today.Mike was really helpful and went above and beyond to answer all my questions and the entire thing went seemlessly. The two service men that came to install were friendly, polite and very professional.In addition to installing the new tankless water heater, they also replaced the valve for my furnace humidifier, updated the gas fittings so everything is running smoothly and very efficiently.They installed new venting made sure that everything was sealed and in working order and cleaned everything up.The dogs also loved all the extra attention the got from your installers :) Thank you, all your help was very much appreciated! I've included before and after pics. I've got so much extra room in the furnace room now!
We needed a new furnace since our old one broke in the middle of the winter. We called DeMark and spoke to Mike. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and responsive to our needs. The price was reasonable which included the new furnace, installation and removal of the old one. The service was very timely. It was only less than a day between our first call and when the new unit was fully installed, up and running. The installation process was swift it took about just over two hours. Our home is now warmer than before the air feels much lighter. Overall, we are very grateful and happy to have purchased the new furnace from DeMark
Everything from initial phone call to the actual installation of my tankless water heater was top notch. Mike gave me good information and recommended the right water heater for my needs. Glad I went with this company! Was very grateful he was able to come the next day because I was out of hot water for 2 days.
