Kevin has helped us with our furnace issues. The extreme cold we have been having this winter exacerbated the heating system and our furnace was constantly shutting off and on. Our furnace was running 24/7 even on a mildly cold day.We have more work to do on our own to fix things permanently, but we appreciate Kevin coming to our rescue on short notice when our upper floors (where our tenants live) dipped to 15.5 degrees Celsius after a major cold snap.Kevin is knowledgeable, kind, and patient, and I’m glad I gave SunnySide a chance.
