We came home from holidays in February to no heat in our house. The furnace had stopped working. When he demonstrated to me that the best course of action was a replacement of the furnace, he gave me a very fair quote and within 48 hours everything was done. Both he and his crew were polite and professional, and meticulous in cleaning up afterwards.
