NO HEAT over the weekend! Called Shaun @Vanheat on Saturday evening. Shaun came to the house on Sunday. Brand new furnace INSTALLED by 4:00pm Tuesday. The only reason new furnace wasn't installed on Monday was because the furnace had to come in from outside of Vancouver.Shaun is very knowledgeable; his crew professional. We are very happy with our new furnace. Definitely will recommend this companyOn a side note - I called Shaun at 5:30 Tuesday after the installation as there was a slight issue with the condensation pump - HE CAME BACK at 7:00pm AND RESOLVED the glitch quickly! I am very impressed with his responsiveness and customer service. Can't thank him enough for going over and above the call of duty!
We have Vanheat to replace our 20 years old hot water tank and boiler with a combi. We have the unit installed for more than a month now, where initially there were water drip from one of the pipe and also find a water escape from the vent when rain. Let them know the problem they come fix it in very prompt manner. I am always worry that company will just disappear after installation but Vanheat take responsibility of the work that they did. And the price is also reasonable. I have no hesitation to recommend their service.
We wanted to replace our elderly 1980's furnace and hot water system with a newer one. Shaun met with, listened to what we wanted and took the time to fully explain the various options available. We felt confident with his experience and knowledge. The installation was expected to take two days and it did take two days. Shaun and his team arrived on time, worked dilligently and were respectfull of our home - putting protection down on carpets and fully cleaning up on completion. The installation was neat and tidy and everthing works as promised. We can't say enough good things about Shaun and Vanheat and highly recommend them if you are looking for the services they offer. Very smooth installation of a dual fuel system and an on-demand water heater. Shaun and his team(s) were very efficient, very polite and highly professional. We were very pleased with the overall experience. Shaun lead the team effectively and is now helping with the Fortis Gas rebate process, which is quite cumbersome, due to less than the best on-line application process. And the installation price was cheaper than the competitor quote! I recommend VanHeat to anyone planning to upgrade their air and hot water needs.
