I am very impressed with the customer service from Fosters. The staff that did my installation were excellent & so friendly. They promptly answered any questions. Nick was such a hard working person. Martyn arrived on time and promptly got to work!He got my furnace cleaned and replaced the filter. He was even able to process my payment at the end. Excellent service and I would highly recommend!
I contacted Foster for a furnace diagnosis and repair, but my experience was very disappointing. When I booked the appointment, I requested a repair, but they scheduled a maintenance call. As a result, the technician who arrived was unprepared and may not have been the right person for the job.They told us the system wasn’t broken, applied some tape to our pipes, and charged us over $200 for the visit. Despite this, our furnace continued to work only intermittently. I contacted Foster to ask whether their service was covered by a warranty and was told they could come back, but that we would likely be charged again. They did not reply when I asked for a refund instead.We ended up calling the Comfort Group for a second opinion. They identified the real problem - our furnace motor was failing, working only intermittently, and had become a potential fire hazard. They offered to either replace the motor or upgrade to a heat pump system, which we ultimately decided to do.In contrast, Foster didn't stand behind their duty and missed a serious issue that could have put my family at risk. They also missed out on a major installation job. I can't recommend them based on our experience.
They did a fantastic job with my heat pump service call! The technician arrived on time, was really friendly, and explained the issue clearly. He fixed it quickly and now my system’s running perfectly. Their 24/7 availability is a huge relief for emergencies. Five stars for their fast, hassle-free service. 100/100 would recommend.
Had a great experience with Foster Heating and Cooling. Mitch was awesome to deal with—super friendly and professional. The work was done quickly and everything’s running perfectly now. He even called after to make sure everything went well, which was really nice and showed he cares about his customers. Definitely recommend!
