Julian was awesome! He arrived early, cleaned my heat pump and gas- pack. He did find an issue with my gas pack. He showed me the issue and gave me a price on the repair. The price was fair and he had the part on his truck, so he promptly made the repair! Thank you!!!
We have been with Absolute for a couple of years now. We use them for our regular maintenance and they are always prompt and very efficient. We have called them a couple of times for problems that we have experienced after hours and they have called us back within 15 mins to address the issue. With this latest cold spell, our HVAC has been struggling and once again they were here in no time to address the issue. Our technician, Julian went above and beyond to fix the problem, was very thorough and explained everything to us so clearly. We are very satisfied with their customer service, technicians and proficiency.
I have one word for Absolute Comfort: AMAZING! Amazing products. Amazing customer service and support. Amazing technicians. Amazing installation teams. Absolute Comfort has been servicing my aging system for a few years now and each time the report was grim, system was functioning, but barely. Sam, my technician, who was unbelievably knowledgeable, gave me the numbers and let me make the decision on the way ahead. I decided to replace my entire system, outside unit, air handler, and all ductworks. He gave me three estimates, minimum replacement, recommended replacement, and upgraded replacement. Again, he gave me the numbers and let me make the decision, no pressure. I contacted the office and spoke with Danielle, energetic, professional, and customer focused, to schedule the installation. The installation team arrived on time and prepared. Rueben, the team leader, introduced himself, and the entire team, Josh, Jeb, Turner, and Waylon. Rueben then spent about an hour confirming everything in the quote, making sure he understood what I wanted, where I wanted all the equipment to be placed, and providing a detailed work schedule for the week. There was never a rush, or the impression that any of my questions were not important. Again, customer focused service. All work was completed as explained and ahead of schedule. The team arrived promptly each day and meticulously cleaned before they left each day. Rueben did not leave until he explained what had been accomplished that day and what the plan was for the next day. The temperature was supposed to drop drastically on the third day of install so the entire team stayed until 6:00pm because “the customer will not be without heat for another night”. The team cared about my comfort (no pun intended), and all were happy to stay until the heat was on. At the completion of the installation each member shook my hand and said goodbye before they left. I was amazed by the attention to detail, professionalism, and respect every member of the team displayed during the entire process. I apologize for the long review, but I wanted to let everyone know the level of professionalism and customer service I received from the entire team of Absolute Comfort. If you are just looking for a company to service your system or looking to replace your entire system, stop looking! You will not find a company with better prices, people, or pride in their work. Absolute Comfort is, in a word, AMAZING!
The absolute (PUN intended) best HVAC experience I've ever had. Asked for an evaluation of my crawl space and HVAC system and got the most comprehensive evaluation and corrective action. Will was honest, prompt and exceptionally thorough. Couldn't be more pleased an d somewhat surprised by this level of customer service. If there is anyone that can beat Absolute Comfort they don't exist in Hampton Roads...I've tried.
