Had HVAC, furnace, and hot water heater replaced by Aire Serve, after receiving quotes from multiple companies. Had a good experience with them when my furnace died on New Years Day this year. Went with them again for total replacement, and wasn't disappointed.Alex, Aden, and Doug showed up on time, and went straight to work. Very professional and knowledgeable. The entire job was completed (HVAC, Furnace, and Hot Water Heater removal/replacement) was completed by dinner time. They walked me through the install and use of all systems. Highly recommend. Great service. Technicians came on time early on the morning, installed, removed and replaced parts, also gave me back working parts that I paid a lot of money for. Cleaned up when they were done and explained how to use and service system regularly. Very highly recommended.Two days prior to the install a technician tried to repair my old unit. Pulled entire thing apart, showed me images and live video feed of the rusted older furnace and recommended against putting additional money into it. The consultation was free but the information I received was priceless. This gave me confidence that the process would be smooth.Sales rep the day before install explained the process very well and I was satisfied with the offer they gave me. He helped me choose the best option for my home.Much better than trying to chatgpt my way to fixing my old unit, getting professionals to help me this process smooth. Replacing furnaces are not cheap, but when companies stand by their service and products, you feel better about it.
Water heater install by Keith and Austin went so well. Keith gave a tutorial on what each part did, how to make adjustments and turn it off, Austin talked about how to do an annual flush, etc. Greatly appreciate these guys’ efforts. Also, big thanks for them replacing the piping where the old CPVC had failed, putting in new local shutoff valves, and putting a metal drain pan underneath too (with pads underneath to prevent any accelerated rusting where the metal met the concrete). New homeowner nerves were greatly calmed?????? Thank you!!
I moved into a new house to discover the heat & ac did not work. I first spoke to Chris, who could’ve had someone out that night but I waited until the next morning. Jim came out to figure out what I needed and was exceptional. Bob and Gabe were here within 2 days to install a new furnace and a/c unit. They helped make a very stressful situation turn out great.
