Justin is who I dealt with, he took a look at what I had going on and gave me some recommendations with realistic pricing, ultimately I decided to replace my heatpump and blower. He got me in a program that offers a state rebate for upgrading your equipment called "energize delaware". They came out and did an energy audit which qualified me for the rebate. Justin stayed in contact through it all working with me, making sure I understood the process and answered any questions I had. After I qualified, Justin and his team came, swapped everything out with the new equipment and programed my new thermostat. His crew were courteous and kept me informed with the progress each step of the way. This is the first week with the new equipment and its running great! Thank you Justin

We began encountering air conditioning problems in early July. We called a company to come and check our air conditioning and they did. That company had no interest or desire to do anything except to try and force us to replace our two condenser units AND furnaces. Thank goodness we heard about Brandywine Heating And Air! Brandywine Heating And Air was so accommodating especially since we live in Chester County.They came to our house and did a thorough check of everything related to the air conditioning to ensure the only solution was to replace our two condenser units.The service manager, Abe, also came to our house to do one more check before we proceeded with the purchase of the units. We were able to get on their schedule and have the professional installation of the units take place very quickly. We even received a follow up call on the same day as the installation from Abe to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction.
