We are so grateful that I called Hentkowski, Inc. Two other HVAC companies had performed diagnostics on our non-working Heat Pump. Company "A" said it was the compressor and the electrical panel - $12,000 to repair. Company "B" (who installed the unit) gave the same diagnostics but said $5000 to repair, though they recommended that we replace the inside and outside unit at a cost of over $20,000. Kim at Hentkowski used the serial number on our unit and determined that we were still under warranty for parts. John's diagnostics concluded that it was only the electronics. He did the repair and the unit is running better than it has in years. I highly recommend Hentkowski, Inc. Kim and John are awesome!
Hentkowski did an excellent job of doing the annual maintenance check of our HVAC system. Mr. Salman, the technician, did an outstanding job of tuning the system and making sure it is working properly. His technical expertise and knowledge was impressive, and his work was thorough. He came to our home on time, treated our home with respect, answered my questions to my satisfaction, and finished the work in a timely manner. I have no hesitation in recommending Mr. Salman and Hentkowski to anyone who needs to have their HVAC checked.

I have needed both routine maintenance and more comprehensive services and both have been consistently delivered with great expertise and for a fair price.
