We accidentally let our oil tank run out of oil & had issues with it turning back on. They came the next day. The entire experience was wonderful. The individual that came out was prompt and attentive. We were able to get our oil tank nozzle & filter changed, heat back on, and now have a trusted partner for any future issues! I highly recommend.
My 17 year old heat pump died. A tech came out and gave me my options. I decided to replace it. Someone came out that day for a quote, I agreed and 3 guys came out 2 days later in brutally cold conditions and got me my heat back. These guys had to drag both indoor and outdoor units from the street over piled up snow, then down about 75 feet of an easement and then into the back yard and the house. Not a complaint, nothing. Just 3 professional skilled techs that showed up to get a job done in 10-20 degree weather. The tech that came out originally was a pro, too. Couldn't be happier with the service I received. We had Maichle’s install a new dual fuel hvac system in September. The crew that installed the system did a great job, and very professional. Our experience with one service call to check our system a few months later was professional. We are still learning about the system come December. When we called recently about what the heater was doing and displaying, they were extremely patient, professional, and knowledgeable. Thank you!
