The system was just inspected in Nov but was making bad noises in Jan. I called for service and got an appointment in 2 days. While it was more than I wanted to pay( is any amount good?) I feel sure the problem was fixed and suggested improvements will only enhance my quality of living and hopefully be more financially beneficial against ridiculous power bills.
