Denis initially came to quote and provide information and was very thorough and knowledgeable, answering every question we threw his way.Eric and Jay installed our tankless water heater, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Their workmanship was truly 5-star. They were punctual, professional, and incredibly courteous, making them easy to have in our home throughout the day. They took the time to answer questions, worked efficiently, and clearly cared about doing the job right.What stood out most was their attention to detail and the respect they showed for our space — everything was left spotless once the installation was complete. Had another great experience with Fahrhall today when they replaced my HRV unit. Eric and Jay were professional and even connected the fan interlock to my existing furnace. They explained everything before they left and took care to clean up before they left.

He was very knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything he was doing.In 33 years living in this house, Paul is the only technician I’ve encountered who truly stood out for his expertise and professionalism. While he was working, I mentioned that I had a humidifier and wasn’t sure if it was working. He immediately checked it, identified the issue, and fixed it on the spot.If I ever need service for my furnace again, I will definitely request Paul. Highly recommended!
