The 2 gentleman that showed up one named Jason kitchen, not sure of the other big guy tho. They treated my 93 year old grandfather with complete respect they didnt try to over charge him, as a matter of fact they only charge him less than a value meal at carls jr. To unclogg his pipes. It is really good to know that there are still good people in the trades. I will recommend this company to anyone I come across. 5 stars easy.
Same Day Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling did a great job replacing some of my duct work when I accidentally flooded my laundry room. Josh came out to take a look and gave me an estimate on a partial replacement of my ducts and a full replacement just in case that was necessary. He was able to investigate and explain clearly what needed to be done.Joey came out and did the work. Joey showed up right on time and was careful to protect my home as he worked. Fortunately Joey determined only a partial replacement was really needed. Joey also explained how the replacement was going as he went in and out of the house . When SameDay said they would get the whole Heatpump air conditioner unit installed in 3 days they were NOT Kidding!Super fast and worked great at first.When we reported water dripping on our window from a pipe they installed they came RIGHT AWAY. Diagnosed the problem reset the level of the water over flow and fixed it before any damage.Then there was a vibration issue with the heat pump unit. It was vibrating the basement wall and getting into the bedroom making it difficult to sleep. When it went to heat during the cold months it became unbearable. I called SameDay and they were super concerned for my family and tried to be helpful. They sent 5 different tech to try and solve the problem with little success. We determined the heat pump had to be moved. SameDay negotiated a very reasonable price to fix the problem.I am happy to report that Derek and Dominic, the techs who came to complete the moving of the Heatpump did an outstanding job and completed it with in a day while I was at work. Again, super impressed with the speed of their work without cutting corners.I would Highly recommend working with this company.But if you need to install a heat pump be SURE you get it AWAY from your walls and secure it to a cement slab. You never know if your house is going to resonate to that compressor.

I appreciate that they showed me what was wrong with our furnace, made every effort to lower the cost and get it replaced the next day. From booking the appointment to following up after installation, we received the best customer service.
My furnace started to act up so after speaking with another company I contacted Same Day HVAC.Matthew Mays came out and explained to me that due to the age of my 23 yr old Trane that procuring parts are not possible. He suggested a technician to come out and dissect the unit.Technician Angela came out and pointed out a dozen issues to include a leak which was my concern. That leak and condensate was slowly degrading my system. So I decided it was time for a replacement. Matt came back and we discussed numbers. I agreed on a 3 ton by TempStar. Installation was completed by Mynor and Jason. They also came back to remove old ducting and install new work with an exhaust fan. My experience was awesome and I highly recommend Same Day!
