My furnace stopped pushing out heat in the middle of the night. Justin from Provincial Heating is the only one who answered the phone and offered to come first thing.He was great and we decided a new furnace was necessary.Dan and Derek were the men who came to do the install. They were both so great! Polite, informative and took care of any clean up. They were efficient and very thorough!Thank you all:)
We’ve used Provincial a couple of times now. Once for a new furnace installation and today for an annual tune up. Right from the beginning, the team at Provincial Heating & Cooling were exceptionally professional.During our home visit with the service manager, Justin Crump, he took the time to thoroughly explain the install and the timeline.When the day of installation came, the three man team of Dan, Julius and Derek were professional & efficient. Dan did a walk-through (inside & out) prior to beginning work and outlined what would take place throughout the appointment.When the install began they worked efficiently and were respectful of our property, and when they left there was nothing left behind to indicate the massive job that had been completed.You will not go wrong by engaging Provincial Heating & Cooling to work for you in your home.

I can not say enough thanks to the team of Derrick and Dan and trainee Julius for the outstanding dedication they demonstrated today in plus 33 degrees of heat installing both my new furnace and A/C unit.
