I recently made the decision to upgrade my 20 year old mid efficiency furnace to a high efficiency furnace and replace my 16 year old gas hot water tank to electric hot water tank. I was referred to Reliable Heating & A/C by my brother so I made the call. Terry came out to take some measurements and on Friday, I received a call from Kelsy that everything was set and ready to proceed. An appointment was set up for Monday to complete the installation. The guys arrived Monday morning and by 1:00PM, the installation was completed. The guys were friendly & respectable and explained everything to me.
