The technician who came out was very efficient and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained everything step by step as he worked on the furnace and thermostat, which I really appreciated. The service was also very quick. When I called, I was given a service window between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., and he arrived by 9:00 a.m. — which was amazing, especially since we had no heat.
He fixed the problem within about half an hour. Overall, I’m very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family.

Very professional experience from start to finish. Vishal first met with me to provide a quote and took the time to sit me down, educate me on brands, types of furnaces, and financing options. He maintained clear and responsive communication throughout and convinced me that they had my best interests in mind, especially when tailoring the offer to my current and future life situation. Once approved by MB Hydro, Jason and Dom conducted a quick and timely install and kept me informed throughout the process. Would recommend to anyone.

Overall, the technical service provided by Reliance was very good, particularly the work of the technician, Dustin. We experienced a water leakage issue with a furnace that was installed by Reliance in our newly constructed home. Dustin was highly professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He carefully diagnosed the issue, explained the cause in detail, and ensured the problem was properly resolved. Although multiple visits were required, he remained responsive and committed to delivering quality service. Before leaving, he even took the extra time to confirm that the leakage had completely stopped.
Unfortunately, the experience with customer service and dispatch did not meet the same standard. We faced repeated difficulties when trying to confirm our warranty coverage and were incorrectly told multiple times that no warranty existed on our account.
Additionally, despite confirming the correct service address during booking, the technician was initially sent to the wrong location. Although we attempted to correct this twice and were told the system was updated, the wrong address continued to appear on scheduled appointments, even though the correct name and phone number were listed.
Reliance would greatly benefit from improving coordination between the call center, dispatch team, and technicians, and from ensuring accurate handling of customer information, particularly regarding warranties and service addresses.

The advisor Martin V. spoke well of the products and services Reliance could offer to us. He explained well of the specifications of the units and the different options available to us.
The installation crews are very professionals in doing their jobs. They left the work area tidy and units were perfectly installed.

When our furnace started to blow cold air, I knew it was time to repair or replace our furnace. When the estimator arrived (that day), he told us we needed a new furnace and that our gas water heater would not pass code, and an electric replacement was in order.

We have dealt with Reliance for years and trust them emphatically to be knowledgeable about their products, courteous and professional on their service calls, and of course timely. They checked all these boxes with flying colors.

From the first time we called Reliance, until our new furnace, water heater, humidifier (free gift) and nest learning thermostat (free gift) was installed, only 24 hours had passed!

We are so impressed with reliance and would recommend them highly. This why we continue to call on them when any situations arrive.
